Refund policy

 A 30-day return policy is standard for non-custom items in original packaging, excluding earrings due to hygiene. Due to the nature of personalised items, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with a bespoke item, please contain us to discuss. Customer liable for cost of return postage, unless item damaged.
