Order and Payment: Orders are accepted upon dispatch, not confirmation, to allow for stock issues or price errors. Items must be paid for in full before they will be despatched. If you have any problems or queries, contact us in the first instance.
Returns and Exchanges: A 30-day return policy is standard for non-custom items in original packaging, excluding earrings due to hygiene. Due to the nature of personalised items, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with a bespoke item, please contain us to discuss. Customer liable for cost of return postage, unless item damaged.
Liability and Rights: Sea Holly Jewellery will not be held liable for damage caused by improper care (contact with chemicals/water). Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Quality and Warranty: Items should are described as accurately as possible, including if "gold" or "silver" refers to colour rather than metal content. Natural variations in materials like pearls are not considered defects. Sizes are approximate, with a few mm adjustment. When measuring for ring sizes, the customer is liable for sizing properly and providing the right size. If this is wrong upon delivery, Sea Holly Jewellery will not be held liable. Please contact us if you are unsure when sizing.
